Turbine Systems - FUJI -SPRAY

I have been supplying AccuSpray turbines for about 15 years....however -
AccuSpray has been bought out by 3M who, since November 2009, have not been able to provide a delivery of the TURBINES
This situation hs lead me to do some extensive research and I'm very pleased to announce that I've located an excellent Turbine / HVLP gun combination. The turbine has a four stage 220 volt motor.(Not the usual 2 or three stage)..greatly reduced noise level and the HVLP turbine gun is available either in the Cup gun configuration of the Gravity gun.
These kits are tops for spraying all types of fluids from stains thro 2-K products to PVA and Latex paints.
Ideal for bath coaters and for furniture manufacturers/restorers - shop fitters - you name it!

I have been appointed the sole distributor for Southern Africa and will supply to all corners of RSA.

NEW HEAVY DUTY TURBINE

AccuSpray Double Diaphragm Pump

The AccuSpray DD Pump is an absolute "work horse"
The package is complete with:-
Pump
Fluid Regulator
Surge Chamber
Atomising Air Pressure Regulator
Air to pump Regulator
Suction hose + stainless steel mesh filter
By-pass system for flushing/mixing paint
Wall mount bracket - better than trolly as this can be nicked!

Auto #52 with Extension

During my last visit to AccuSpray in Cleveland,Ohio - USA I was so impressed with the new extension for the Atomising head. This extension provides a unique opportunity to spray into those difficult to get into areas.

Accuspray Auto #52 Heads

A line up of Auto heads due for a customer.
Each head is supplied with it's own Low pressure - High flow Atomising Air regulator.
A separate fluid regulator/Filter/Surge chamber is also supplied.

AccuSpray HVLP Automatic head.
I have a pair of these in service in Cape Town for the past 8 years.
Approx 10 000 trigger pulls per day, spraying five days a week - 11 months of the year.
The secret is LOW pressure atomising air - 0.35 bar, LOW pressure Fluid 0.5 Bar and a Delrin tipped needle which conforms to the shape of the fluid nozzle and is cheaply replaceable.
These guns have more than met the expectations of the Client.

AccuSpray Auto #52 Head

Note the 19mm air hose - we work with LOW pressure but need a full flow of High Volume air. This will give us a gentle lay down with little overspray.
The Large Silver knob on the back is the Fluid control (needle adjustment) Just count the clicks when opening and you can easily set your parameters.
The Small knob controls the fan pattern - from small round to 300mm wide fan pattern with equal distribution throughout the pattern. Posted by Picasa
